Work

Problems fixed, systems improved.

A selection of the work we build, host and keep improving. Each one: the problem, what we did, what changed.

Southdown Sport
Sport · Membership
Problem. A national sports organisation with 40,000 members on an ageing site that fell over every registration season.
What we did. Rebuilt the membership platform, migrated the data, moved it onto managed hosting with load testing before peak.
Outcome. Registration season is now a non-event. We host, support and improve it monthly.
99.99% uptime through peak season
Fenwick Supply
Ecommerce · B2B
Problem. A plugin-heavy WooCommerce store where every update broke something and trade customers couldn’t reorder easily.
What we did. Stripped back the build, rebuilt checkout and trade accounts, connected stock and accounting properly.
Outcome. The store runs itself day to day; updates ship without fear.

Brightline Jobs
Jobs platform
Problem. A niche jobs board idea with no technology - and no appetite for a bloated off-the-shelf platform.
What we did. Designed and built a custom platform in stages: search, employer accounts, applications, billing.
Outcome. Launched lean, then grown feature by feature as revenue justified it.

Harbour & Co.
Hospitality · Booking
Problem. A restaurant group taking bookings through three disconnected systems and losing covers to a slow site.
What we did. New site with one booking flow, integrated with their reservations system, hosted and supported by us.
Outcome. One system, faster pages, and bookings that don’t vanish.

KELO
B2B product
Problem. A Finnish product business whose site read like an internal memo and generated almost no enquiries.
What we did. Restructured the site around buyer questions, rewrote key pages, added proper enquiry routing and measurement.
Outcome. Sales now trusts the pipeline the website produces.

Meridian
Rescue · Support
Problem. Previous developer unreachable, site unpatched for two years, no backups, no admin access.
What we did. Recovered access, audited and stabilised the build, moved it onto our hosting with monitoring and backups.
Outcome. From nobody-owns-this to fully covered in three weeks.
Rescued without a handover
