What you expected
Tell us the page or function involved and what normally happens.
We provide website support for businesses in Belfast, including sites we did not build. We review the issue, access and current setup, then agree whether the first step is a repair, a provider handover or recurring hosting and care.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION
A broken checkout, a form that fails and a new staff photo are different requests. Understanding the effect on the business helps establish the right priority and whether the website needs an initial repair before ongoing care.
Tell us the page or function involved and what normally happens.
Describe what happens now, when it started and any recent website changes you know about.
Explain who is affected and whether there is a temporary way to keep working. Do not send passwords in the enquiry form.
A CHANGE OF PROVIDER
We take on websites built by other teams. First we review the site, its condition and the access available. We identify who controls the website, hosting, domain and connected services, then agree the work needed to take responsibility.
Moving the site does not automatically mean moving email. Check the services and settings involved before making changes.
Agree backups, checks, timing and a fallback approach for any hosting move. Missing access or an incomplete handover needs investigation first.
ONGOING CARE
Our hosting and support approach includes updates, monitoring, backups and useful improvements. The scope depends on the site and its current setup, with any initial stabilisation identified separately.
Apply and test updates, and roll back when a change causes problems.
Monitor uptime and performance, with daily backups and a backup before changes within the agreed hosting arrangement.
A short monthly note covers the work done, what we noticed and what we recommend next.
SUPPORT WITH BOUNDARIES
We assess requests, explain when you can expect a response and confirm completion. The agreement should state the support allowance, response expectations, contact route and how additional work is approved. New features and redesigns need their own scope. Licences and subscriptions from other providers also need a clear owner.
FIX, TAKE OVER OR REBUILD?
Some sites need a targeted repair and better care. Others have problems that make a rebuild more practical. We review the current position before recommending either. Clear account ownership and handover arrangements matter at the start of support as well as when you eventually leave.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
For a single issue, explain the business impact and what changed. For a provider handover, list the accounts you control. For ongoing WordPress maintenance, tell us who currently handles updates and backups. These routes can lead into one another, but they need clear initial scopes and an agreed owner.
Before we get started
Yes. We review its platform, condition and access before agreeing initial work and ongoing support.
We can assess the site and the access you have. An incomplete handover does not always prevent a takeover, but the available route depends on access and ownership.
The response and resolution depend on the issue and the support agreement. We establish priorities and explain expectations rather than promise the same turnaround for every request.
Included support time and types of work are agreed in advance. Larger features, integrations and redesigns are scoped separately.
Not automatically. We check where the domain, website and email are managed and agree exactly which services need to change.
Send the website address, the problems you need help with and a summary of your current setup.
